The business is led by Director Jennifer Ball, who brings more than 23 years’ experience working with leading global organisations, including British American Tobacco, Coca‑Cola, Diageo, EDF Energy, GSK, National Grid and Selfridges, as well as UK government departments such as the Ministry of Defence. Her expertise spans internal communications, marketing, public relations and change management. As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Jennifer applies the ADKAR model to deliver sustainable, organisation‑wide change.
Beyond her professional consultancy work, Jennifer is the Season Ticket Representative on Crystal Palace Football Club’s Fan Advisory Board, where she uses her communications expertise to engage effectively with supporters and represent fan perspectives. Iris Communications is also a member of the Palace for Life Investors Club, supporting initiatives to improve the lives of young people across south London.
Jennifer is a qualified journalist and holds The Professional Publishers Association’s Professional Certificate in Journalism, Melcrum’s Internal Communication Black Belt, and PRINCE2 Foundation certification in Project Management. In 2017, she was recognised as Best Freelance/Interim Professional at the Institute of Internal Communications’ ICON Awards.
