Director Jennifer Ball brings over 23 years of experience working with leading global companies, including British American Tobacco, Coca-Cola, Diageo, EDF Energy, GSK, National Grid, and Selfridges, as well as with government departments such as the Ministry of Defence. Her expertise spans Internal Communications, Marketing, PR, and Change Management. As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, she leverages the ADKAR model to implement sustainable, organisation-wide change.
Jennifer is also the Season Ticket Representative on Crystal Palace Football Club's Fan Advisory Board, where she uses her communications expertise to effectively engage with fans and represent their views. Iris Communications is also a member of the Palace for Life Investors Club, working to improve the lives of young south Londoners.
Additionally, Jennifer is a qualified journalist, holding The Professional Publishers Association's Professional Certificate in Journalism, Melcrum's Internal Communication Black Belt qualification, and PRINCE2 Foundation certification in Project Management.
